Quick answers to the questions we hear most often. If yours isn't here, feel free to email us anytime.
What is Ken Jezelf?
Ken Jezelf is a personal AI conversation partner for self-reflection. You talk or write about what's going on in your life, and over time it helps you notice recurring words, themes, and possible connections.
Do I need to know where to start?
No. You can start with something big, a small observation, or simply how your day went. There's no questionnaire, and no right or wrong topics.
Do I need an account?
No. Your browser starts right away with a random, anonymous session—no name, email, or password required. If you'd like to see your app conversation here, you can link this browser with a one-time QR code and confirm it in the app.
Does Ken Jezelf make diagnoses?
No. Ken Jezelf doesn't attach labels, make diagnoses, or claim to treat anything. It gently reflects back what it notices in your own words.
Does this replace professional care?
No. Ken Jezelf is meant for reflection and doesn't replace a doctor, psychologist, or other professional support. For serious or lasting difficulties, it encourages you to contact your GP.
What should I do in a crisis?
In case of immediate danger, call 112. If you're having thoughts of suicide, you can reach 113 Suicide Prevention day or night via 113 or 0800-0113.
How does Ken Jezelf handle my privacy?
You don't need to share any personal information. Messages are processed through the same secure Supabase environment as the app. Your anonymous browser session is kept in secure cookies; an app link is one-time, expires quickly, and can be revoked from the app. Read more on the privacy page.
Can I already download Ken Jezelf as an app?
The store buttons are still placeholders for now. The secure browser link works with an installed development or production build of the app. If you'd like to know when the apps become publicly available, email Jaime@ohmymood.com.
